Procedimentos Especiais de Contenção: A terra cercando SCP-7147 foi comprada e marcada como propriedade privada. O Posto de Observação 714 deve ser ocupado por pelo menos um guarda de segurança a todo momento. Quaisquer civis encontrados invadindo devem ser enviados às autoridades locais; nenhuma ação posterior é considerada necessária.

SCP-7147 deve ser testado para o ressurgimento de fenômenos anômalos mensalmente. No evento de as capacidades anômalas anteriores de SCP-7147 serem restauradas o conselho O5 deve ser notificado imediatamente. Seguindo isto, todas as menções de SCP-7147 no banco de dados da Fundação, incluindo a totalidade deste arquivo, devem ser expurgadas.

A partir de 25/07/2022, nenhuma tentativa posterior de deliberadamente restaurar os atributos anômalos de SCP-7147 deve ser feita.

Descrição: SCP-7147 é uma clareira de uma floresta localizada nas Montanhas Olímpicas do Noroeste Pacífico. O perímetro de SCP-7147 desenvolveu de uma maneira que se assemelha à insígnia da Fundação.

Antes de 17/05/2022, quaisquer objetos, entidades, ou conceitos reconhecidos como anômalos pela Fundação que fossem trazidos a SCP-7147 ou desapareceriam inteiramente ou seriam alterados de forma a conformar-se com a realidade consensual, efetivamente neutralizando todos os fenômenos anômalos.

Adendo 7147-1: Descoberta

SCP-7147 foi inicialmente encontrado por membros da FTM Beta-4 ("Náufragos") no dia 05/03/2022. O destacamento estava no processo de rastrear quatro instâncias de SCP-████ que haviam recentemente escapado de um instalação do GdI-466 (Soluções Silvestres do Wilson) próxima.

Durante perseguição, uma das instâncias de SCP-████ voou em direção a SCP-7147, porém, ao passar da linha de árvores, a entidade foi transformada em uma lebre-americana (Lepus americanus), permitindo que ela fosse capturada sem mais dificuldade. Embora as coordenadas e hora do incidente tenham sido registradas, investigação posterior foi adiada até a conclusão do objetivo da FTM.

Seguindo a captura sucedida do resto das instâncias de SCP-████, o espécime de Lepus americanus foi testado e confirmado de não mais possuir habilidades anômalas. A investigação do incidente subsequente enfim determinou que SCP-7147 fora a causa da neutralização da entidade. Esta descoberta levou ao estabelecimento do Posto de Observação 714 assim como a inicialização de uma série de testes para determinar a extensão das capacidades de SCP-7147.

Todas as anomalias testadas foram trazidas a SCP-7147 antes de serem transferidas para uma das salas de teste isolado do Posto de Observação 714. Testes foram supervisionados por Dr. Alexander Sharpe e Dra. Serena Lewis. Abaixo está um registro de testes resumido.

Ao término do conjunto inicial de testes, os seguintes memorando e proposta foram enviados ao conselho O5.

Após cuidadosa deliberação, o Conselho O5 votou a favor de uma versão levemente modificada do Procedimento 700-HARPOCRATES com diversas mudanças sendo adicionadas ao processo de aprovação. Em primeiro lugar, todas as propostas em relação a entidades não anômalas devem ser aprovadas pelo Comitê de Ética. Em segundo lugar, o número de funcionários de Nível 4/7147 necessários para receber aprovação foi mudado para dois.

Adendo 7147-4: Investigação do Incidente 7147-1

No dia 17/05/2022 EANC-PO714-1 recebeu a designação oficial de SCP-7147. Apesar de todos os planos de contingência serem seguidos, descobriu-se que SCP-7147 foi neutralizado. Investigação imediata revelou uma única nota localizada no centro de SCP-7147.
